CONTEXT
Sonidos Relajantes is a Voice Application that plays calming sound loops to help you fall asleep, sleep better, relax, meditate, or drown out distracting noises around you.
Users have the option to select the desired sound they wish to hear and the ability to control the playing time.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE
Who is it designed for?
Rosey. 36 year-old manager in a professional services company. She leads a busy metropolitan life and likes to listen to Sonidos Relajantes frequently to de-stress when she is at home. Sometimes she uses the Voice Application when she cannot sleep.
SCRIPTS + DIALOG FLOWS
The VUI (Voice User Interface) was designed to get the user listening to a relaxing sound in the least amount of time possible when they open the application.
With this in mind, the options presented to the user were straight-forward, without too much speech decoration, and still enjoyable.

ACOMPANYING VISUALS
For those users that have an echo device with a screen, APL designs were created to display during the sound loop to enhance the experience.
RESULTS
Sonidos Relajantes is published in both Spain and Mexico’s Alexa Skill Store.
